Fruit of the Selection Modern, current. With a careful balance between varietal and aging aromas. It is an interesting wine, with character and at the same time friendly. It behaves well in any situation.

80% Tempranillo / 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

From the selected vineyards, with the best ripeness of the grapes, lots with 8,000 kg of grapes are harvested by hand. In the winery, the bunches are manually selected and vinified in stainless steel tanks of 10,000 l.


Between 8 and 10 months in American oak cask.
Between 10 and 12 months, in bottle before come out into the market.

La selección de la selección Nuestra selección más exigente y a la vez más mimada. Alius es complejo y de fuerte personalidad, reflejo del compromiso con el que ha sido concebido. Su producción limitada y severos controles aseguran su excelencia. Se sabe que se maneja en situaciones difíciles.

60% Tempranillo / 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.

During 12 months in new French and American oak casks. Using First, second and third filling casks in equal proportions. It stays 24 months in the bottle, in niches keeping the traditional method.
