This principle defines our philosophy: balanced wines without peaks and troughs between vintages; constancy and consistency in the work in order to make it possible; and creativity so that each harvest surprise, excite and captivate every year.
We build on the concept of selection to elaborate our wines. Not to have a vineyard on property has become our best ally: it allows us to select the grapes we need in order to be true to our idea. The strict selection process continues in the winery, from the double selection table to the final composition.
Our style is based on the search for the best raw material, the most suitable processes and a high dose of common sense.
