80% Tempranillo / 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
From the selected vineyards, some 8,000 kg of grapes are harvested by hand, from the area with the best ripeness of the grapes. In the cellar, the clusters are manually selected and vinified in stainless steel tanks of 10,000 l.

– The aging times in barrel and bottle rack vary according to the characteristics of the vintage.
