60% Tempranillo / 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
For its elaboration, 4,000 kg items are selected from the oldest vines, with very ripe and concentrated grapes. In the cellar a double selection is made, first in clusters and then grain by grain after destemming. They are vinified in 5,000 l tanks, with manual bazuqueo to enhance the extraction of the components of the grapes.
– 12 months in new French and American oak barrels. First, second and third filling barrels are used in equal proportions.
– Matures a minimum of 24 months in the bottle. Stacked in niches following the traditional rhyming method.
